This nice little house just looking a bit faded and needed a facelift and some modern shades.
Semi off gloss whites catch the sunlight and provide a soft glow which that draws attention to this lovely understated entrance.
A great verandah but it was looking a little tired and old fashioned colour-wise. Looking more elegant now.
Some sharp new line with some soft greys and a traditional pioneer red roof helps to keep the character while bringing it into the 21st century.
The roof needed to be treated for mould and given a good water-blast clean but otherwise, it was in good condition. As you can see it scrubbed up pretty well. “Edge protection” scaffolding is now a legal requisite
This is just to show that the team pays as much attention to detail to the bedroom cupboard as we do in the best room in the house. You can see that subtle use of various whites and greys can transform any bathroom.

Every smart girl knows it pays to spend a bit on accessories. The picket fence is painted in a semi gloss off-white to catch the sun and complement the same off-white on the window trim and verandah.
Project testimonial
" I was blown away at how responsive, kind and completely professional Graham and his team have been through this entire process. I am very grateful for Graham and his team fitting me in to complete the house on a tight timeframe. I am very happy with the result. A big thank you from Chris and I" Anne Daniels Thames * * * * *
